LEASE APPLICATION AND FORMS

Kim Holdings, LLC uses Cozy, a third party, to process lease applications.  We require a (1) complete application (nonrefundable fee upon approval), (2) refundable security deposit, (3) credit check, (4) criminal background check, and (5) proof of minimum income/employment. There are no exceptions.
